I was given “free reign” by my latest client to design whatever I wanted for these three buttons. She asked for “cute and cartoony,” and “bright colors.” She chose the ad copy and said that she likes “the font that looks like a child printed it with crayon, as long as it’s easy to read.”
So, I spent hours on finding the coolest fonts possible.
I digitally-drew the whole background of the garden myself, so that it’s completely unique for the client! I “colored” in the people of the home button, so it wasn’t just clear and boring.
Although the house looks great like that. I wanted this to be fun and unique for the client again.
For the Kids Corner, I picked two different fonts. I was curious which one the client liked better, and Mama even suggested using both to “split-test” and see which one converts better.
This is the reply I got:
“Oh My Gosh!!!! These are soooo cute. I love them…I will definitely be keeping them all…You did a great job!” Thanks again, Laura.
So, what do you think? Do you think I met her loose guidelines? Any suggestions or recommendations to make them better? I’m open to your input always.
